11. Cancellation Due to Organizer Circumstances

If a course or seminar is canceled due to company circumstances, we will respond through reasonable means such as refunds, rescheduling, or holding alternative events.

When we recruit paid online courses or seminars on our own website or other platforms, we display the cancellation deadline, refund conditions, and availability of rescheduling on each information page. In principle, cancellations just before or after the event may not be eligible for refunds.
